The event kicked off on 24 June with the Austrian VPP Customer Day and continued with two international conference days, drawing nearly 100 professionals from utilities and power traders.

Eesti Energia and emsys VPP Prequalify Solar Park in the Baltics for Frequency Markets

Tallinn/Oldenburg, 18 June 2025 – Eesti Energia, an Estonian publicly owned energy utility, and emsys VPP, a German provider of Virtual Power Plants, have officially prequalified one of the largest solar parks in the Baltics for providing automatic Frequency Restoration Reserve (aFRR) and manual Frequency Restoration Reserve (mFRR).
